Description
This premium injection mold is custom-engineered for the high-volume, precision manufacture of industrial and automotive pinion gears. Utilizing advanced PA66 + 30% GF + 15% PTFE composite material, the final gears achieve an exceptional balance of mechanical strength, self-lubrication, and wear resistance.
To withstand the highly abrasive nature of glass fiber (GF30), the mold core and cavity are constructed from premium 12083 ESR / H13 ESR (Electroslag Remelting) steel, guaranteeing ultra-high surface finish, superior corrosion resistance, and an extended mold life-cycle.

A:3D part file (STEP/IGS), 2D drawing with tolerances, material type, estimated annual volume, and injection machine specifications (tonnage, tie-bar spacing).
